Application areaHigh quality and safe filling and insulation of hollow areas, such as piping routing, joints, connections and openings in walls. Visual indication for placement, thanks to the foam’s yellow colour. Can be placed on windows, doors, filling holes, sealing openings in roofs and insulation materials, creating sound insulation screens, grouting and insulation of tiles, partitions etc. as well as filling holes around pipes. Adhesion on cement, stone, hard PVC, metal and wood. No adhesion on polyethylene, silicone, PTFE and greasy substances. Low swelling after application.
InstructionsBefore use, bottles must be stored in room temperature for at least 12 hours. Shake for approximately 15 sec before use. Remove the cap and tightly screw the plastic tube. During application, keep the bottle inverted. The application surface must be clean and free of dust (can be wet, but not frozen). You can regulate foam flow by pressing on the valve. Leave some room for the foam to swell, taking into consideration that during polymerization it swells to 2-2.5 times its size. Polymerized foam must be protected from sunlight. Wetting the adhesion surface and foam improves adhesion and the polymerized foam structure.
In case there are pauses longer than 15-30 minutes during application, clean the nozzle and the valve. Fresh foam can be cleaned using a special cleaner. Polymerized foam can only be cleaned mechanically. The cleaner only softens the foam.
