Maximum material performance
During polymerization, the foam swells to 2-2.5 times its size, with 42 l performance in free discharge
Excellent adhesion on various substrates
Ideal adhesion for a great range of materials:
- Building supplies, such as cement, stone etc.
- Non-building supplies, such as wood, metal etc.
High temperature and sound insulation properties
Resistant to humidity and ageing
Fire protection class: B3 DIN4102
Application areaHigh quality and safe filling and insulation of hollow areas, such as piping routing, joints, connections and openings in walls. Visual indication for placement, thanks to the foam’s yellow colour. Can be placed on windows, doors, filling holes, sealing openings in roofs and insulation materials, creating sound insulation screens, grouting and insulation of tiles, partitions etc. as well as filling holes around pipes. Adhesion on cement, stone, hard PVC, metal and wood. No adhesion on polyethylene, silicone, PTFE and greasy substances.
InstructionsCartridge minimum temperature: +5°C (ideally +20°C). Remove the cap and screw on the spraying nozzle on the gun adapter. Protect your eyes and use gloves and work clothes. Cover tapestries, floors and furniture with paper or plastic membranes. Before use, invert the bottle with the gun and shake well 20 times. Substrates must be dry, stable and free of dust and greasiness. Contact surfaces must be wet with water before the foam is applied. Joints with large width or depth over 5 cm must be covered with multiple layers. Fill 50-60% of the join. The foam will swell. Waiting time between applications: 15-30 minutes. Fresh foam residue can be removed immediately, using the polyurethane cleaner. After it hardens, redundant material can be removed using a knife or joint knife and the foam surface can be painted.
