RISSFILL is a specially developed thermoplastic for repairing cracks and smaller potholes (max. depth 5 cm; max. diameter 20 cm).
- Prevents the formation of large potholes
- Repair time is approx. 20 minutes - from the start of work to opening the road to traffic
- Heating up to approx. 220 °C results in an excellent connection with the bitumen in the asphalt
- Spreading hot thermoplastic with anti-skid materials creates an anti-slip surface with no ghost marks
- Can be used all year round
Store at temperatures up to 30 °C.

For repairing potholes with a max. depth of 5 cm, natural cracks and joints in the asphalt.
Installation instructions:
1. Thoroughly remove dust and loose dirt in the area of application.
2. Pre-heat the application area with a gas burner.
3. If the granules have been compacted into one piece in the bag, drop the bag from a maximum height of 50 cm to separate them.
4. Pour a layer of RISSFILL that is max. 15 mm into the application area and heat it to approx. 200 °C with the gas burner.
Note: If the area of application is not sealed, repeat point 4.
5. To ensure that there is slip resistance and that no ghost marks are produced on roads, scatter the last hot layer of RISSFILL with grit.
6. After the RISSFILL has cooled, check the strength of the surface with a heat-resistant glove before opening the road to traffic.
